| Chris Johnson, President and CEO |
Chris Johnson has over 19 years experience in both the technology and communications industries. Chris is dedicated to overseeing and managing the strategic direction of dna13 and its software products. He has worked extensively in corporate communications and public relations for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to founding dna13, Chris managed a successful technology consulting firm and has played senior management roles in both software and technology organizations. His previous experience includes corporate strategy and communications for Canada’s largest telecommunication firm; Bell Canada. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from Carleton University’s School of Journalism. |
| Kevin O'Neil, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer |
Kevin brings over 15 years of finance and operational experience to his role as CFO and COO at dna13. He remains a founding partner of Sapient Capital Partners, a firm dedicated to advising mid-market, private companies on issues such as business strategy and growth management, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, turnaround and cash management. From 2000 to 2005, Kevin was the President and CEO of World Vintners Inc, where he oversaw business growth from a small local organization into the largest retailer of consumer made wine in the world. During his tenure, he also managed the business through a merger with a manufacturing business and a series of "tuck-under" acquisitions. Kevin currently sits on the Board of Directors of CSDC Systems Inc, a software company focused on delivering solutions to local, county and state/provincial government agencies. Kevin started his finance career with Ernst & Young LLP and then moved over to Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Inc. Kevin graduated from the University of Western Ontario, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. |
| Andrew Koeck, VP Partnerships and Strategic Alliances |
Andrew has over 15 years experience within the information and communications technology industries. His responsibilities at dna13 include the building and management of partner relationships that add value to our customers. Prior to joining dna13, Andrew was the North American Director for LCI Technology Group NV, a European publicly held, technology holding and investment company. His previous experience includes the management of corporate turn-arounds, mergers and go-to-market sales strategies for multiple technology hardware and software companies. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster University in New Hampshire, USA. |
| Greg Brown, VP Sales |
Greg brings over 20 years of technology sales and sales management experience to his role as VP of Sales. He is focused on directing the company's sales strategy, growing the customer and partner base and achieving customer and partner excellence. Greg brings extensive experience from the enterprise software and on-demand industries, having worked previously in roles such as VP, Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales Vice President with salesforce.com. His top performing region was responsible for winning some of the company’s largest and most strategic customers. Additional experience includes sales positions with PeopleSoft and sales management roles at E.piphany, where he helped drive the company's annual revenue from $2 to $120 million and ultimately a very successful IPO. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University Florida and started his career in Xerox’s sales organization. |
| Paul Philp, VP Product Development |
Paul brings 25 years of experience working in leadership roles for rapidly growing software companies. He has a track record for building high-quality and innovative software products that increase customer satisfaction and generate business results. Before joining dna13, Paul was a CTO of PlateSpin Ltd, one of Canada’s fastest growing technology companies. At Platespin, Paul was responsible for delivering software products to market, architecting advanced data centered technologies for virtualization and automation, alongside business and technology acquisition. Prior to PlateSpin, Paul worked with several of Canada’s most successful software companies, including Platform Computing and Alias. Paul has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. |
