Senior Implementation Consultant
Incorporated in 2001, dna13 provides on-demand software designed to help PR professionals manage, monitor and measure their brand and reputation in real time. dna13 is the preferred brand and reputation management software for multiple Fortune 1000 and emerging companies, state and local government and PR agencies, including some of Canada’s largest publicly traded companies. This position is located in Ottawa’s Byward Market, and offers a young, yet professional work environment.
The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing the post-sales services required to succesfully introduce and deploy new clients into the dna13 service. The Senior Implementation Consultant takes ownership of an account once contract is signed and leads the implementation through to a successful deployment. Depending on the size of the implementation, travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Conduct planning meetings with clients
- Prepare statements of work
- Create and maintain project plans and lead implementations to completion
- Establish best-practice guidances on client business processes
- Configure application to meet client needs
- Ensure proper provisioning of the dna13 application
- Provide on-site, client-specific training
- Manage client relationships throughout the entire implementation process
- Document the client’s business needs, implementation details, and unresolved open action-items; deliver document to account executive and customer support
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of dna13’s products and configuration options
- Complete implementation projects within the time alloted, with high levels of client success and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the software industry and relevant experience as an implementation consultant
- University education
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skill in English. Fluency in other languages would be considered an asset
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot problems clearly and effectively, to be innovative in providing workarounds for clients and to concisely communicate problems to the development team
- Candidates must be technically astute and have the ability to quickly pick up new technical skills and concepts
- Experience providing technical training
- Must be dedicated to customer satisfaction
