Inside Sales Representatives

We need candidates who are energetic, proactive, communicators who are ready to hit the ground running. These positions require someone who is comfortable communicating over the phone and conducting web-based product demonstrations. In this role, you will not only develop dna13's relationships with Fortune 1000 companies, but will generate significant revenue by closing business. These are critical roles in this fast growth organization, and your energy and performance will be rewarded.

Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Representatives will be the primary contact for prospects and clients in your region. Your focus will be on prospecting and developing opportunities through outbound calling, conducting product demos, and closing business.

SKills Needed:

  • Proven track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
  • Solution oriented sales approach
  • Background in developing and leveraging Director and VP level relationships
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Strong telephone skills and a friendly, personable demeanor
  • The ability to work independently and accomplish goals under tight deadlines
  • Three or more years of prior inside sales experience

Operational and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within an internal sales force automation system
  • Proven ability to succeed in fast growing dynamic environment
  • Proven communication and relationship skills necessary to work within a team selling environment
  • History of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable in an open, collaborative environment

Education:

  • BS/BA or equivalent or greater
