Mark Maybank

Mark Maybank is Corp. Canada's largest independent investment dealer, with responsibilities for the firm's research, sales and trading operations. Mr. Maybank joined Canaccord in 2001. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of a software and services company. Mr. Maybank has also held various other positions, including Technology Analyst with a Canadian investment dealer, Chief Financial Officer of a U.S.-based cellular service provider and consulting positions with an international accounting and consulting firm. Mr. Maybank is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.

Elliot Schreiber
Following a successful 20-year career as a senior marketing and communications executive at three global corporations, Dr. Schreiber is now consulting to prominent private and public organizations. In addition, he is a Visiting Professor at several prominent US and Canadian Universities. Following the receipt of his Ph.D., he began his career as a university professor at the University of Delaware (1976-1980). In 1980, he joined the DuPont Company at its world headquarters in Wilmington, Del. In 1986, he was recruited to Bayer Corporation, Pittsburgh, as Senior Vice-President, Communications. He was recruited to Canada in 1995, where until 1999 he was Senior Vice-President, Corporate Marketing and Communications for Nortel Networks, at its Brampton, Ontario, headquarters. From 1999 to 2001, he was Managing Partner of Digital 4Sight, a business strategy consulting and research firm.
William J. Pristanski
William J. Pristanski is Principal of Prospectus Associates. Over the past two decades, he has become one of Canada’s most experienced and highly respected public affairs strategists. He advises a number of North American companies on building positive relationships with governments in Canada, both at the federal and provincial levels. Over the period of 1983 to 1991, Mr. Pristanski held several senior positions in the Government of Canada. The first four years he served as executive assistant to Prime Minister Mulroney. From 1987 to 1991 he served as Chief of Staff to the Solicitor General, the President of the Treasury Board and the Minister of the Environment. During the 2004 election and the 2006 federal elections, he appeared nightly on Prime Time Politics with Peter Van Dusen on CPAC representing the Conservative Party on the party strategists panel. He is also a regular guest on Mike Duffy’s Politics program on CTV NewsNet. A Sir James Dunn Scholar and DesCartes Fellow, he holds an Honours Co-operative degree in Mathematics (Computer Science and Statistics) from the University of Waterloo. He is the founding president of the National Youth Parliament Association, a former member of the University of Waterloo Senate, a current director of the Tukulik Foundation, co-chair of the capital fundraising project for St. Paul’s College and co-chair of the Elmdale Public School Council. He is a member of the Royal Ottawa Golf Club and the Rideau Club.
Richard J. Wolff
Richard J. Wolff is the Chief Executive Officer of GCG, responsible primarily for the overall strategic direction of the firm. Richard holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and was a partner at Kekst and Company for twelve years where he counseled companies in some of the most high profile mergers and acquisitions in business history. He is one of the most well-known and experienced corporate and financial crises consultants in the communications industry and in the investor relations space. After leaving Kekst in 1997, Richard became Managing Director of Golin/Harris's New York office and the head of its world-wide investor relations practice. At GCG, Richard is intimately involved in client situations, providing a broad range of investor relations and corporate communications advice to companies, governments, and other institutions.
